Where do I find my order number?
Your order number begins with # and can be found in:
- Your order confirmation email (sent immediately after purchase)
- Your shipping confirmation email (sent when your order leaves our studio)
- Your BY M DEGREES account under Order History
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is fulfilled and a carrier label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active after you receive the email.
