How do I change or cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your order number.

Can I change my address?

Once the order is shipped, by M degrees is unable to change the address on our end.  However, please contact us so we can discuss further steps with you.

I have not received a confirmation email

In case you did not get any confirmation, email, or tracking information, please feel free to contact us so we can check further.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

I have received the wrong product.

If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Is it possible to order with a different strap?

Yes, it is possible to order with a different strap. Simply select the strap that complements your style and include its name or SKU in the notes during checkout. We will replace it accordingly before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we generally offer international shipping to many locations. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. These charges, if applied, are not our responsibility but rather the buyer’s and importer’s responsibility.
